Job Description:
1、Prepare to build Dubai subsidiary (including office location selection, company registration, and office supplies purchase).
2、Work out standard internal management processes and supervise teams' execution.
3、Be responsible for market and service development of Middle East/Africa; define comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales target.
4、Develop and maintain customer relationship in Middle East/Africa; raise brand awareness.
5、Follow up sales order implementation and after-sales feedback; conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
6、Carry out industry analysis, and know about customers' requirements and latest market information.
7、Implement daily administrative management; train new employees.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or above; educated in science and technology.
2、5+ years of work experience in electronics sales management.
3、2+ years of work experience in Middle East/Africa; fluent in English.
4、Working abroad (must).
5、Excellent communication and presentation skills; be highly organized and effective; strong team management abilities.
6、Loyal; highly disciplined; have enthusiasm to develop a new career.
7、Qualifications preferred:
   a) Good command in Arabic;
   b) Have experience in GPS/security industry;
   c) Have experience in assignment from a global leading communications company
8、Note: Working at headquarters for half year, then to be assigned to Dubai.
